Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Package Your Jewelry
Securely place your items in their original Sterling Forever pouches and box, then attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
